Introduction
Howdy, welcome to ShopLivvi.com! We’re so glad you’re here. Below is a step-by-step instruction guide on how to set up your new Shop Livvi vendor account. We are currently working on video guides to enhance your experience, and will be posted shortly! In the mean time, we recommend having these steps open or easily accessible when you create your account. If you need further help, or have any suggestions, please contact us here.

Before you begin
- To sell your products through ShopLivvi.com you will need a Business PayPal account. If you do not have one you can set one up here or set one up during the Shop Livvi vendor process.
Steps
- Hover on the “account” icon in the upper right hand corner of the screen (If on mobile click the dropdown in the middle of the screen)
- Click on Sign-up/Login
- Under “Register” enter your email address and password
- If you are creating a vendor account click “I am a vendor”
- Fill out all required fields
- Open and read the Terms and Conditions and check the agreement if you agree to follow them
- Click Register
- A verification email will be sent to the email you registered with. This could take a couple minutes. The email could be in your spam folder
- Open the verification email and click on the verification link
- The store “Setup Wizard” should display. This helps gather some necessary information about your store, we highly recommend going through the process, however, the steps can be done at a later time.
- Click continue
- Input your store’s address information and your store’s product categories. Click Continue once done
- Payment Setup page, a PayPal account is needed to sell products on ShopLivvi. Type in your PayPal account email and click “Sign Up”. This will open up PayPal’s account connection window. Once completed with PayPal’s account connection press continue to the Seller dashboard
- Once on the Seller dashboard, Shipping is needed to be set up in order for users to be able to check out. (Full in depth shipping guide coming soon!)
- Click on “Settings” tab on left side of Seller Dashboard
- Once on settings page click on “Shipping” tab
- For each Zone that you want to ship to click on the zone name or edit.
- Click “Add Shipping Method” and Select a Method (We recommend adding free shipping or flat rate) For more information about each type of shipping and an in depth guide to setting up each type click here
- A Subscription to ShopLivvi is needed to start selling your products. Click “Back to Dashboard”
- Click on Subscription tab on left side of the Seller Dashboard (If on mobile click on square menu drop down button then click on Subscription tab)
- Click “Start Free Trial” button on your best fit subscription
- ShopLivvi Will NOT charge you for the first month of the subscription, the subscription will begin charging every month after the first month subscribed
- Once purchase is completed you can now add products and begin selling.
